When will it arrive?
It leaves the warehouse within 1 business day. US delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after that, tracked the whole way, and shipping is free over $75.
What if I don’t like it?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, opened or not. Email hello@nightcapgoods.com with your order number and we’ll sort out the refund.
What does the warranty cover?
1-year from delivery. If a device stops charging or stops running with normal use, we replace it. Nightcap Care in the bag adds a replacement plan and lost-parcel cover.
Who shouldn’t use it?
Skip it and ask your doctor first if you have a pacemaker or another implanted device, if you’re pregnant, or if you’ve had surgery on your head, face or neck recently. Keep it off broken or irritated skin, and away from kids.
Will it fix my headaches?
No, and we won’t pretend it does. It’s a massager, not a medicine. If your head hurts often, or in a new way, see a doctor.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Switch on Gift box + card in the bag and write the card at checkout, or type it in the box builder on the Nightcap page.
Does it work on long or curly hair?
Yes. The arms are soft silicone and they hum in place, so they don’t wind hair up. With tight curls or very thick hair, lower it straight down until the tips touch your scalp and lift it straight up after. A thin silk scarf underneath works too.
How loud is it?
A low motor hum you’ll hear in a quiet room. The music has its own button, so you can keep it off.
How long does the battery last?
It charges over USB-C, cable in the box. Every session stops at 15 minutes on its own, so one charge covers several evenings.
20-head or 10-head Lite?
The 20-head covers more of the scalp. The Lite has 10 arms and costs less. Buying for someone with long, thick hair? Take the 20-head.
