Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners in Asia. Standard delivery takes 10 to 14 business days after processing. Delivery to remote areas may take a few days longer.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Priority Shipping is available at checkout for faster handling.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Tracking updates can take 2 to 5 days to appear after dispatch. You can follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

Customs and taxes
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple packages
Items in the same order may ship separately. If so, you will receive a tracking number for each package.

Delays
Carrier delays, customs checks, and peak seasons can extend delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.

Wrong address
Please check your address before ordering. To change it, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot redirect orders that have already shipped.
