If a device stops charging or stops running with normal use within the warranty, we replace it. Write to hello@nightcapgoods.com with your order number and a short video of what it does.

Nightcap Care is a switch in the bag. It adds a replacement plan and lost-parcel cover to the whole order. Read the terms on the product before you add it.
